I walked up to this transport on Victoria Street South. Hwy 37. South bound. This truck clearly was speeding in bad winter night. Snow covered roads.

He denied speeding. He says he was only to 45kmp. Clearly by the tracks and an eye witness said he did not apply his brakes and was speeding thru town. The witness said he was doing about 100kph or 60mph thru town. I’m sure that is not correct but willing to say about 60kph or a bit faster.
